AP ICET 2024 Eligibility Criteria (Available), Qualification, Age – Check Here Category Wise Eligibility

AP ICET 2024, the AP government establishes eligibility for admission to several state universities. Therefore, it is necessary to comply with all the eligibility clauses to be presented during the examination. The AP integrated common entrance test will be organized for APSCHE in Hyderabad. This is an entrance exam at the state level to offer admission to the MBA and MCA programs. 

Candidates can be admitted to the AP state universities and professional colleges. In this article, candidates can consult in detail the APC AP eligibility. By AP 2024 eligibility criteria, candidates must have a recognized bachelor’s degree in any discipline where mathematics is one of the subjects at the 10th-grade level.

They will obtain admission to several universities based on ICET Score / ICET Rank. Eligible applicants can submit the application form online with a fee of Rs. 550 / – after verifying their exam eligibility.

AP ICET 2024 Eligibility Criteria 

The complete eligibility criteria for the students to appear for the AP ICET 2024 are given below. As mentioned in the official brochure, a candidate must fulfil the following criteria to be able to apply for AP ICET 2024.

Here we are providing the eligibility criteria to appear in AP ICET 2024:

Nationality

• A candidate must be an Indian National.
• Candidates belonging to other than Indian Nationals should follow the rules prescribed by the university.

Domicile

• Candidate must fulfil the local/non-local status the Andhra Pradesh Educational Institutions laid down.
• Candidates must also follow the rules laid down by the concerned university where they want to get admission.

Age Limits

• Candidates of any age can apply for this examination.
• There is no upper age limit to apply.

Qualification Criteria

For MCA:

• Qualifying Exam: Candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from a recognized university or equivalent degree in 10+2+3 pattern as recognized by UGC.
• Minimum Marks: Candidate must secure at least 50% marks (45% in the case of reserved categories) in aggregate in the qualifying examination.
• Subject: Must qualify for the 10+2 with Mathematics subject.
• Appearing Candidates: Final-year candidates are also eligible to apply.

For MBA:

• Qualifying Exam: The candidate must pass the three years of a Bachelor’s Degree from any recognized university.
• Minimum Marks: Candidate must obtain at least 50% marks (45% in case of reserved categories) in the qualifying examination.
• Appearing Candidates: Final-year candidates can also apply.

Other Criteria

In this section, we have mentioned other eligibility requirements the candidates should fulfil.

• Candidates who have passed all three-year subjects in one session are not eligible.
• The qualification obtained from the distance learning mode must be recognized by the joint committee of UGC, AICTE, and DEC/DEB.
• Applicants who have obtained a bachelor’s degree without attending the 10th, 12th, and 3rd years of the bachelor’s degree are not eligible.
• If the candidate considers that he is not eligible later in the advisory procedure, his application will be cancelled in this case.
  If qualified in the AP ICET Exam, you do not have the right to the candidate’s admission.
• They should also appear on the admission board.

AP ICET Qualifying Marks

It is mandatory to obtain a score of 25%, i.e. 50 points out of 200 points. For candidates who belong to the chronology or chronology of the tribe, there is no minimum mark to qualify for the exam.
