AP ECET 2024 Final Phase Counselling Registration has been Started on 1st August 2024. 1st Phase of Counseling Registration has been started on 26th June 2024. The Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University Anantapur conducts the Andhra Pradesh Engineering Common Entrance Test (AP ECET) on behalf of the Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education.

AP ECET 2024 Seat Allotment has been released on 9th July 2024. JNTU-Ananthapur has given the AP ECET 2024 Counselling dates. The Counselling will be done only, i.e., web counselling. The qualified candidates must attend counselling centres for certificate verification and fill in their preferences through web options.

AP ECET Counselling 2024

AP ECET 2024 Counseling has been started on 26th June 2024. JNTU Anantapur successfully conducted the first round of AP ECET 2024 till 15th July 2024 for admission into engineering courses in various colleges/institutes/ universities that are accepting the scorecard of AP ECET 2024.

The Procedure of AP ECET Counselling

• The JNTU Anantapur conducted the Engineering Common Entrance Test on behalf of the Andhra Pradesh State Council of Secondary Education.
• The candidates who had completed their Diploma have attended the AP ECET Exam.
• They have completed and are waiting to Know the Counselling dates to attend the Counselling.
• The A.P. Engineering Entrance test was conducted in May, and ECET results were released in the same month.
• There is a chance that the ECET Counselling will Start in the first week of October.
• The A.P. Engineering Common Entrance Test is for candidates who have completed their Diploma and are willing to study B.Tech. For those applicants, the ECET Exam is very useful.
• The Applicants willing to attend the AP ECET Counselling must check their Rank Details carefully before the Counselling. You have to check the Complete Counselling Process from here.

Web Options for AP ECET 2^nd Round Counseling 

If you have already registered, those candidates can log in to your account directly by following the link on the website. Candidates must enter and submit the Registration Number, Date of Birth/ Password, and Security code.

Once you submit, you will reach the web page of AP ECET Second Phase Online Counselling 2024. Before all these steps, candidates can verify all documents, which will be done at the helpline centre in Andhra Pradesh state.

The Process of AP ECET Counselling

The following are the steps given for the candidates to attend the AP ECET Counselling who want to attend this test.

Step 1 – Registration for the certificate verification

• Firstly, find your Rank-wise carefully from the Helpline Centers and date. Then, attend the Counselling.
• You have to submit your Rank Card to the officer at the entrance.
• Then, listen to an announcement, pay the application fee, obtain a receipt & write your Mobile number.
• After that, you have to take the Registration-Cum-Verification form from the Computer and see whether the phone number is printed correctly.
• And mention your hall ticket number, personal Details, and Mobile number in the registration book. Later, return to the Counselling room & wait for your rank announcement.

Step 2 – Process for Certificate Verification

• After listening to the announcement, wait for your Counselling Number. When you hear your number, then go for Certification Verification.
• There, the officer will verify your original certificates like Marks Memo, Rank Card, Income Certificate, Hall Ticket, And Caste Certificate if candidates belonging to the O.B.C., S.T., and S.C.
• Then, you will be given a printout of receipt Certificates. Later, collect your manual option form and leave the hall.
• The Registration Fee receipt will contain the registration I.D. and Password. So, keep the receipt safe to keep web options.

The Process of AP ECET Web Counselling

Following is the process of AP ECET counselling given to the candidate, and the candidate should follow it to attend the AP ECET web counselling

• Before attending Web Counselling, the Candidates must complete their Certificate Verification Process.
• Afterwards, enter the URL through the Internet, and you will find the links to the College profile, courses, Helpline Centres, etc.,
• Later, perform the web options and select the college you want to study.
• Then Submit it. The JNTUA will give the Allotment.
• Finally, you will get an allotment order details SMS to your registered phone number from the allotted college.

Required Documents for AP ECET

• TS-ECET Rank card and Hall Ticket
• Memorandum of Marks
• Provisional Diploma/Degree Certificate.
• Proof of Date of Birth (S.S.C. or its Equivalent)
• Study Certificate from IV to Diploma (9th class to the degree in case of B.Sc)
• Residence certificate for preceding
• Telangana/Andhra Pradesh Residential Certificate of father/mother for ten years, excluding the period of employment outside Telangana/Andhra Pradesh from Tahsildar for Non-Local Candidates.
• Integrated Community Certificate, Aadhar Card, and Father’s Caste certificate in case of BC/ST/SC issued by the competent authority.
• Income certificate issued on or after 01.01.2024
• PH-Certificate issued through District Medical Board
• 40% & above disability are eligible for reservation
