Age limit: The applicants must be above the age of 20 years to apply for the entrance exam.
Educational Qualification: To apply for LLM courses the applicants must have completed an LLB course or any equivalent course to LLB from a recognized institution or university. The applicants who have been graduate from a recognized college or university are also eligible to get admission in the institution
Minimum Marks – General Category Applicants: The applicants who belong to the General category must have secured minimum 55 % marks in the qualifying exam along with the AILET entrance exam
Minimum Marks – Reserved Category Applicants: The applicants who belong to the reserved category such as the BC / SC / ST must have secured a minimum of 50 % marks or more in the qualifying exam.
Appearing applicants: The applicants who are appearing for the final year of graduation are also eligible to apply for the AILET 2022 entrance exam.
Eligibility Criteria for Ph. D course
Educational Qualification: The applicants who have completed a Master’s Degree in a relevant field from a recognized college or university are only eligible to apply for the entrance exam.
Minimum Marks – General Category Applicants: The General category applicants must have secured a minimum of 55 % marks or more in the qualifying exam.
Minimum Marks – Reserved Category Applicants: The reserved category applicants must have secured at least 50 % marks or more in the qualifying exam.
AILET 2022 Exam Pattern
