AIIMS Nursing 2023: Allotment (Released), Dates, Results, Counselling Procedure

AIIMS Nursing 2023 Open Round Counselling for M.Sc Course has been started on 12th September 2023. 2nd Round Seat Allotment for B.Sc Nursing has been Released on 18th August 2023. The final B.Sc Nursing (Post Basic) result was Declared on 25th July 2023. Online Counselling has been Started for M.Sc Course. The result has been Declared for B.Sc Courses.  AIIMS conducts the all-India Institute of Medical Sciences Nursing exam. This National level exam is conducted once a year for the candidates willing to apply. 

Candidates can apply for UG and PG level programs like B.Sc and M.Sc. If a candidate qualifies for the exam and is eligible, they will be admitted. Candidates will be admitted to India’s top Nursing institutions.

Dates are very important for any candidate applying for the exam. Candidates should start applying and preparing for the exam as soon as they get the dates and events for the examination.

AIIMS Nursing 2023 Application Form 

The application form is the most important step for a candidate. If a candidate wants to appear for the exam, they must fill out the application form. If a candidate does not fill out the application form, they will not be able to give the exam. 

Make sure you are filling application form carefully. Upload the documents as instructed in the form. The application form would be released online and the form would not be sent to any candidate.

• The AIIMS Nursing 2023 application forms will be released on the official website. 
• The start date to submit the application form for AIIMS Nursing for B.Sc and M.Sc will be in April 2023.

AIIMS Nursing 2023 Application Fee 

The application fee is a very important step after a candidate has filled out the application form. Every candidate who wants to appear for the exam has to pay the application fee. It is mandatory for every candidate. 

Make sure you pay the fee as per your category if mentioned. If the candidate will not pay the application fee then they would not be allowed to give the exam. The AIIMS Nursing 2023 application fee is given below. 

• For General and OBC category: INR 1500/-
• For SC/ST category: INR 1200/-
• For PWBD: No Application Fee.

The AIIMS nursing 2023 examination application form would be released online on the official website only. After submitting the application form if any candidate has any problems and wants to edit the application form they can do so.

AIIMS Nursing 2023 Eligibility Criteria

The Examination Authority sets eligibility criteria. Every candidate who would be applying for the examination should follow this criterion. If any candidate is found to be in the criteria they would not be allowed to give the examination.

B.Sc Nursing 

Education Qualification 

• The candidate must have completed the HSC (12th) examination or some other examination equivalent to it.
• The students who passed their 11th on or before 1987 are also eligible for the exam. 
• The candidate should be holding a diploma in General Nursing and Midwifery.

Appearing 

Applying candidate must be registered as a Nurse, Registered, Registered Nurse (RN), or Midwife (RM), with the state Nursing Council.

In the case of male nurses, (if passed before implementation of the new integrated course in 2003) should have a certificate of GN and Training in Midwifery for six months).

For B.Sc Honours

Nationality 

The candidate should be Indian. 

Education Qualification 

Candidate should have completed their HSC examination or its equivalent exam from a recognized board with subjects – English, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology subjects.

Age 

The candidate’s minimum age should be 17 years. 

Marks 

Candidates in the qualifying exam must have obtained a minimum of 55% marks for general/ EWS/ OBC candidates (50% for reserved candidates.)

AIIMS Nursing 2023 Exam Pattern 

The exam pattern has information like Exam Duration, Marking Scheme, Negative Marking and much more. Each candidate appearing for the exam should go through the exam pattern.

• Chemistry: The topics included in chemistry are Electrochemistry, D and F block elements, solutions, surface chemistry, alcohol, solid-state, and chemical kinetics. 

For M.Sc Nursing Course

AIIMS Nursing 2023 Admit Card

Admit cards would be accessible to those candidates who would have filled out the application form and also paid the application fee. If candidates have not paid the application form and not the application fee they will not get the admit card.

Admit cards for AIIMS nursing 2023 would be released on the official website. The candidates can use their information to login into their Ids and download their admit cards. After downloading the admit card the candidates are also advised to take the printout of it.

The admit card is the most important document the candidate must carry to the exam center. If any candidate, in any case, does not carry their admit card to the exam center they would not be allowed to give the exam. 

AIIMS Nursing 2023 Cut Off 

After a few days of exam completion, the AIIMS nursing 2023 cut-off would be released category-wise. Cut-off would be released on the official website. Cutoffs are the minimum marks that the Examination Authority sets.

Every candidate has to score the minimum cut-off marks to be eligible for admission in the AIIMS nursing 2023 examination. And based on the cut of marks the candidate would be called for the counseling round. 

AIIMS Nursing 2023 Result

AIIMS Nursing 2023 Counselling Procedure

The counselling for the AIIMS Nursing 2023 exam would be conducted by the exam conducting authority. The counselling would begin after the result is announced. All the shortlisted candidates after the result announcement, would be invited to the counselling process. 

Counselling for B.Sc nursing and M.Sc nursing would be conducted separately. At the time of counselling, the candidate must choose and tell the choices for AIIMS. The seats would be allotted based on the performance of the candidate. 

The counselling process is done so the candidates can easily choose their preferred Institutions. At the time of the counselling process, the candidates are to carry some documents for document verification. The documents are listed below.
