The examining authority provides the AIBE 2024 program. AIBE is administered by the Council of Bars and Law Societies of India (BCI). BCI provides eligible applicants the “Certificate of Practice” after passing the AIBE Exam.
The examination is conducted for candidates who have passed the law degree and wish to practice law. The written exam will be organized in 40 cities across the country in 11 different languages.

AIBE 2024 Syllabus
In the AIBE exam, questions of different subjects related to the different laws will be asked. Candidates must go through the complete program to get a good score on the exam. Before preparing for the exam, candidates must verify the full program prescribed by the official authority.

AIBE Exam Pattern
- The details of the AIBE exam model are mentioned below.
- The AIBE entrance examination will be done in offline mode (OMR).
- The duration of the exam will be approximately 3 hours and 30 minutes.
- Applicants with over 80% disability will be allowed 30 minutes to write the exam.
- It will be conducted in 11 languages, of which candidates must choose only one language.
- Multiple choice questions (MCQ) will be taken during the exam.
- The complete document of questions will have a total of 100 points. There is no negative mark on the exam.
