The IAI (Institute of Actuaries of India) is a well-known institute of India, which was started in 2006 under the Actuaries Act for the regulation of the profession of Actuaries in India. The IAI has approached the ACET examination for the candidates, which is commonly known as the Actuarial Common Entrance Test.

Those applicants are appearing for the examination of ACET to get admission into the Institute of Actuaries of India; they can fill the application form online mode. Interested candidates can apply for this examination in the three periods of the year, which are April, June, and December.

Grammar: Grammar-based questions test the candidate’s ability to spot and correct grammatical errors. It should generally test knowledge of high school level grammar and includes areas like subject-verb agreement, use of modifiers, parallel construction, redundancy, phrasal verbs, use of articles, prepositions, etc.

Verbal Reasoning: Verbal reasoning questions are designed to test the candidate’s ability to identify relationships or patterns within groups of words or sentences.
