From 6th March 2024, the application form for NIMCET was available for the candidates and those applicants who want to complete their MCA programs from the National Institute of Technology; they can apply for the examination of NIMCET by filling out the application form online.

Candidates should have registered and carried the required documents to complete the application form. Before the last submission date, candidates should have submitted the application form.

Instructions for Filling the Online Application 2024

Candidates must click the “New Registration” link to create a new user account.

• In the “Registering a New User” webpage, candidates must fill in all fields correctly.
• Applicants must ensure that the e-mail address and the 10-digit mobile phone number have been respective places. [An email will be sent automatically to the indicated email id, in which a link will be provided to access the web page to set your password. (If the mail is not found in the folder, the candidate is advised to check even the “SPAM” folder, like the spam filters of some email services, the providers empty the first email from a new source to the “SPAM” folder).
• Candidates should remember their username, password, security question, and answer.
• The mobile number is entered into the application until the end of the NIMCET-2024 processes.
  Candidates are not allowed to create multiple user connections.

Completing the Application Form:

In the application form, the candidate must complete all the personal and academic information (fields marked “Mandator” should not be ignored) and choose the three test centres in order of preference. The notes/notes must be written in their
Sheets of notes/notes.

Download Documents:

After completing the application form, the applicant must download all the documents relevant documents such as the photograph, signature, proof of identity, proof of date of birth (SSLC / 10th Marks Card), all other cards, etc. and the certificate (s) Category / Caste / PwD, depending on the case.

Payment gateway:

After completing the application form and downloading the relevant documents, the applicant must go to the payment gateway and pay the application fee, if applicable.

Final impression/backup of the completed application form:

After payment of the application, the fees are paid successfully via the payment gateway; the page will display the “FINALLY SUBMIT” button. By clicking on this button, the candidate is directed to the Web page containing the PDF version of the completed application form. It should be noted that this application form contains “APPLICATION REGISTRATION NUMBER”. This is the final version of the application. The applicant is invited to download an electronic copy of this application and keep a printed copy. Please note the application number for all references and future correspondence.

The application will be rejected if the conditions are not fulfilled. OBC applicants must meet the requirements of caste and creamy layer. Following website of the National Commission for Backward Classes (NCBC): http://ncbc.nic.in/Home.aspx.

The form for the OBC certificate (issued as of April 1, 2018) with the commitment given in Annex I must be submitted (downloaded) during the online application. However, the original certificate, issued on April 1 2024, by the competent authority, must be produced at the time of reporting and admission.
Applicants in the SC / ST category and candidates with disabilities must use The form given in Annex II and III.
