NUCAT 2026 Eligibility Criteria

For B.Tech courses:

• Qualification: Must have passed class 12th or equivalent from a recognized board.

• Subjects: Should have studied Physics, Mathematics, and Chemistry/Biology/Computer Science/English in class 12th.

NUCAT 2026 Admission Procedure

The NUCAT admission procedure for 2026 commences in the first week of January 2026. Prospective candidates can apply by filling out the application form for their desired course. Admission criteria include university-level entrance exam scores, national-level entrance exam scores, and merit lists.

NUCAT 2026 Entrance Exam (NUCAT)

NITTE University administers the NUCAT (NITTE Common Admission Test) entrance exam for student admissions, conducted exclusively in Computer Based Online Mode. Primarily, NUCAT facilitates admission into various courses, particularly B.Tech programs.

NUCAT will be conducted three times a year, with candidates allotted two hours to complete the test. The exam format includes only multiple-choice questions, totalling 120 questions in the question paper.

NUCAT 2026 Result/ Merit List

The NUCAT 2026 results are scheduled to be announced in the fourth week of June 2026. Candidates can access their results via online mode, which will include details such as the candidate’s name, marks obtained, and other pertinent information.

The NUCAT result will be published in the form of a merit list, and for further admission procedures, students’ names must be listed in this merit list. Separate merit lists will be released for different courses, and admission will be granted based on the university’s merit list.

NUCAT 2026 Counselling Procedure
