MH CET 2024 MHT CAP Round-III Provisional Allotment has been Released on 5th September 2024. MHT CAP Round-III Online Submission & Confirmation of Option Form has been Started on 31st August 2024. MHT CAP Round-II Provisional Allotment has been Released on 26th August 2024. MHT 1st Round Seat Allotment has been Released on 14th August 2024. MHT Final Merit List has been Released on 8th August 2024.

MHT Counselling’s Last Date has been Extended to 8 August 2024. The Maharashtra Government will hold consultations to allow admissions to B.Tech, B.Pharm, and other courses. It is one of the state entrance exams through which applicants can get admission in Engineering and Technology Courses, Agriculture, Pharmacy, and D.Pharm. The aspirants will participate in the counselling based on the merit list, which comes up along with the result.

Once they have their ranks and scores, the students get their names on the merit list. The counselling will be held for admission into diverse Engineering and Pharmacy programs provided by the government and private colleges in Maharashtra through MH CET, Maharashtra Common Entrance Test.

The students about to take part in the counselling must fill up the admission form with the required details correctly. In the form, you must feed roll no, date of birth, course, etc. Those clearing the MH CET 2024 Exam will be paying the counselling fee.

MH CET Counselling Procedure 2024

Candidates have to go through the following procedure during counselling:

Online Registration

To attend the council, candidates must register on the site. Applicants must enter login details such as application number, MH CET registration number, date of birth, course, etc.

Candidates eligible for the MH CET 2024 Exam are not required to pay consulting fees. Send all the details and register.

Document Verification

• The aspirants will have to go to the Facilitation Center post-registration. It will be required to carry documents in original with their Xerox copies.
• The centre will get the application verified and provide the Receipt.
• So after the document authentication, the final merit list will be publicized for all courses, and the aspirants selected will be going further admission or counselling process.

Choice Filling

• It is informed that the students will have to provide the name of the course and college they want to apply for and based on which the seat will be provided.
• There will be the distribution of seats per provided preferences, merit list and number of college seats.

Seat Distribution

• After the completion of registration, the authority will provide the counselling date.
• The students will participate in seat distribution as per category and rank. The seat distribution will be held as per the Merit List.
• It will be up to students to modify their preferences by requesting admission officers at the counselling venue.
• Once they have finalized the choice, they can submit it along with the soft copy of the documents. Those who fail to pay a fee will be debarred from admission to any course.
• A final list of seat distribution will be prepared to check the seat vacancy in each course.

Reporting

• According to the decided counselling scheme, the aspirants will need to report to the concerned centre.
• Those getting the seat can instruct the aggregated college in a given time. It is required by the students to provide the necessary credentials and college fees to be assured of admission.
• If the college authorities are not informed, they will fail to get the seat.
• The college authority will go through the submitted credentials, and if they have noticed any faults, they will be dismissed.
