India MBBS/BDS Admission Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must check their eligibility criteria to apply for the national-level entrance examinations.

• Candidates should be a citizen of India & OCI.
• The age of the candidates should be at least 17 years of age as of December 31, 2024.
• The Maximum age is 25 years & 5 year extension is allowed for the Reserve categories.
• Candidates should be qualified in the 12th class with a PCB subject combination along with English as a compulsory subject.
• Candidates who studying in the 12th class can also apply.

Selection Procedure/Counseling 2024

The NEET (National Eligibility Entrance Test) UG-scored students will be able to participate in the counselling.

• The applicants will be allotted the seats as per the marks obtained by the candidates in the national level entrance examinations such as NEET and the merit list will be published through the authority.
• The applicants will be able to attend the counselling procedure based on the merit list and they should have to carry the required documents to the counselling centre for verification.
• After qualifying in the NEET Entrance examination, the NTA will Prepare the Merit List by which seats will be Allotted to the NEET Qualified Candidates.

Candidates must have these documents in original at the time of counselling. Only on verification of all documents, the seats will be allotted to the candidates.
