OUAT 2024 Counselling for PG Courses will be Started on 4th September 2024 via offline. Counselling has been Started on 12th August 2024. The OUAT, also known as Orissa University of Agriculture and Technology, has conducted the OUAT Common Entrance Exam (CEE) for the candidates to provide admission to the applicants in various courses such as B. Sc (Hons.) (Agriculture/ Horticulture/ Forestry/ Community Science), B.V.Sc & A.H./B.Tech (Agri.Engg.) /B.F.Sc.

The OUAT Counselling Procedure will be conducted through authority by the merit list, and the candidates should be present at the counselling centre on the mentioned schedule. When candidates score (50%), on the HSC examination (25%) and the 10+2 examination (25%), then they will be able to get admission to undergraduate courses.

Applicants seeking B.Sc. (Forestry) admission should appear in the Physical Endurance Test, which will be conducted before a day of counselling.

The applicants will be allotted seats per their availability during the counselling procedure. After the result and merit list announcement, the counselling procedure will provide candidates admission.

OUAT 2024 Selection Procedure 

• Applicants must fill out the Online Form-B on the Official website, and the applicants can complete this procedure after the declaration of results or merit list.
• At the time of filling out Form-B, applicants must have to upload the necessary documents on or before the last date.
• Candidates must carry the printout of the filled form-B along with the original and self-attested photocopies of the relevant documents at the time of the selection procedure.
• The admission will be provided to the candidates by their academic records and the entrance exam scores.
• If applicants have not carried the original documents, then their candidature will be cancelled by the admission board.

The state government of Odisha decides the reservation policy.

OUAT 2024 Admission

A standard and category-wise merit lists will be produced through the authority for undergraduate courses, and admission will be provided to the candidates based on the counselling procedure.

The schedule of counselling for the shortlisted candidates will declare in the intimation-cum-rank card, and the applicants can download it. If any seats remain vacant after the conduction of counselling, then the following candidates can fill out the form for spot counselling for vacant seats. When applicants lock their choice of college or stream once, they will not be allowed to make any changes.
