NIMCET 2024 Special Round Seat Allotment has been Released on 28th July 2024. Counselling (except fresh registration) Last Date has been Extended till 6th July 2024. (NIT MCA Common Entrance Test) is a national-level test. It will be administered by the National Institutes of Technology (NIT) rotating. This exam is done to provide admission to the MCA program.

This review will admit candidates to all ILS in Agartala, Allahabad, Bhopal, Calicut, Trichy, Jamshedpur, Kurukshetra, Raipur, Surathkal, and Warangal.

NIMCET Counselling 2024

NIMCET 2024 1st Round Choice Filling has been started on 29th June 2024. The application form commonly appears for review, counselling, and admission to MCA in the eleven NIT participants who offer the MCA program. Making a separate application to any ILS for admission to the MCA program is unnecessary. After declaring the result, candidates must register for the counselling process.

Candidates who qualify for the exam can only fill in the institution’s options where they wish to obtain admission. Candidates will use their username and password to complete the institution’s options. After allocating seats, candidates must personally inform the Reporting Centers (RC) to confirm their seats. Admission will be granted to applicants based on ranking and full options.

Applicants must also bring their documents to the Reporting Center for verification. Before going to remote reporting, applicants should send Rs. 10,000/- as the initial rate via SBI-I Collect only. In no case will the transfer of one NIT to another NIT be allowed once the applicants have been admitted to one of the participating NITs.

Counselling Procedure

Registration and Choice Filling & Locking: 

To participate in the council, candidates must register by entering their username and password. Now, candidates must complete college elections according to their preferences. Candidates must block their options before the last date. Otherwise, the options will be blocked automatically.

After the blockade, candidates will not have access to their blocked options. Candidates must take a hard copy of the completed options and keep them carefully until the NIMCET 2024 consultation process ends.

Seat Allotment & Personally Reporting:

The University will offer places to candidates based on the options and ranges completed. The seat will be awarded to candidates in three rounds. Candidates will receive a place in their preferences data that should inform the assigned institution within a certain time.

Applicants must bring their documents/certificates to the designated institutions for verification. Candidates must download their award letter before going to the official website.

Surrender of the Seats:

If candidates don’t want to join the allotted institution & wish to participate in another round of seat allotment. They have to report to the reporting centre & surrender their seat by submitting a prescribed application.

Final Round of Allotment (Vacant Seats):

This round will be organized only for candidates who have to surrender their seats & not get any seats in any round of seat allotment. It will be conducted in July 2024. Candidates must report to the allotted institution to confirm their admission by paying an admission fee.
