UPSEE 2023 UPTAC Special Round Choice Filling has been Started on 4th October 2023. Online Counselling Registration has been Started for B.Tech & Other Courses through JEE Main,  NATA & CUET (UG) Scores. The result for PG Course was Declared on 20th July 2023. The result for UG Courses has been Declared on 15th July 2023. The UPSEE is fully formed as the Uttar Pradesh State Entrance Exam. The Uttar Pradesh State Entrance Exam was initially known as the UPTU. The Uttar Pradesh State Entrance Exam is conducted by Dr. A.P.J Abdul Kalam Technical University (AKTU), Uttar Pradesh, at the state level every year.

The official authorities of the Uttar Pradesh State Entrance Exam will conduct the entrance exam to provide admission to deserving applicants in different UG and PG courses in engineering and technology, pharmacy, management, etc. The official authorities also provide admission to eligible applicants into professional degree courses.

UPSEE 2023 Eligibility Criteria

Nationality:

• The applicants who are Indian Nationals are only eligible to apply for the entrance exam. 

Internationality:

• The Applicants who are NRI (Non-Residential Indian), foreign nationals, PIO (Person of Indian Origin), children of Indian workers in Gulf countries/ Kashmiri migrants are also eligible to apply for the exam

Age limit:

Domicile:

• Applicants with a valid domicile certificate of Uttar Pradesh state are also eligible to apply for the entrance exam. 

Educational Qualification:

• HSC exams must have been passed for Under Graduate (UG) courses and Graduation or Bachelor’s Degree for Post Graduate (PG) courses. 

Minimum Marks:

• The applicants in the general category must score at least 45 % marks, and the reserved category should have scored more than 40 % in the qualifying exam.

UPSEE 2023 Exam Pattern

• Number of Papers: The entrance exam conducted by the official authorities will contain total of 11 papers
• Mode of Exam: The entrance exam will be conducted in offline mode (OMR-based test) (paper 1, 2, 3, 4) as well as online (computer-based test) mode for the applicants
• Duration of Exam: The official authorities will organize the entrance exam for three hours duration
• Language of Exam: The official authority will be conducting the entrance exam in both English and Hindi language
• Total Number of Questions: For papers 1, 2, 3, a total of 150 questions will be asked, and for Paper 4, total of 102 questions will be asked and for Paper 5, 6, 7, 8, total 75 questions will be asked and for Paper 9, 10, 11, total 100 questions will be asked in the entrance exam.

• Type of Questions: Objective-type multiple choice questions (MCQs) will be asked in the question paper of the entrance exam
• Marking Scheme: Each right answer given in the entrance exam will grab four marks from the authorities
• Negative Marking: There are no negative markings in the entrance exam

UPSEE 2023 Exam Syllabus
