ACLAT Exam Pattern 2024 – Available Here Online

ACLAT (Alliance Common Law Admission Test) exam is conducted by Alliance University for getting admission into various Law courses at Alliance School of Law.

The law courses are as follows- BA LLB (Hons), BBA LLB (Hons) and LLM. Alliance School of Law is approved by Bar Council of India (BCI), New Delhi.

The admission procedure for undergraduate and postgraduate law courses will be ended in July 2024. The time span for each course is dependent on the performance of students in the Alliance Common Law Admission Test (ACLAT).

ACLAT 2024 Courses and Duration

ACLAT 2024 Exam Pattern

The ACLAT test will be held till two hours which is for BBA LLB and BA LLB admission. The exam will consist of 200 objective questions.

There is negative marking included in ACLAT 2024 Exam Pattern. The marking scheme is as follows- The aspirants get one mark for attempting the wrong answer and for giving the wrong answer 0.25 marks are removed.

ACLAT 2024 Eligibility

The candidates will have to fulfill the eligibility criteria for admission into BA LLB course at Alliance University. If the candidates have qualified 10+2 or related exams from a well-established Board with minimum 45% marks, then they will be considered for admission.

The candidates under the General category will have to obtain 45% marks and those under SC/ST category will just need to obtain 40% marks.

Eligibility for BBA LLB

Those seeking admission into BBA LLB will have to satisfy the eligibility factor then only they will be able to take admission into the course of their choice.

The candidates have to clear 10+2 or related exam from a recognized Board or Institution with 45% marks obtained in the qualifying exam.

The candidates who are under General division will have to secure 45% marks in total and those coming under 40% marks in SC/ST division will need to secure 40% marks.
