West Bengal UG NEET 2024 3rd Round Provisional Merit List has been Released on 17th October 2024. 2nd Round Allotment Result has been Released on 24th September 2024. 2nd Round Provisional Seat Allotment Result has been Released on 17th September 2024. Provisional List has been Released on 27th August 2024. Online Counseling Registration has been started on 21st August 2024. The West Bengal NEET Counseling 2024 will be conducted by the Department of Health and Family Welfare, Government of West Bengal. The counselling is conducted to offer admission in the MBBS and BDS based on NEET scores. Candidates who qualify in the NEET Examination can apply for counselling and get admission to medical and dental Private and government state colleges of West Bengal.
The candidates seeking admission can participate in the counselling procedure; they must register and pay the registration fee online. The authority will publish the seat allotment after every round of counselling on their website. Candidates will be allowed to fill in the choices of colleges and lock them in the counselling session.

Eligibility Criteria 2024
- Candidates must have a West Bengal domicile and qualify for the NEET-UG 2024 entrance test.
- The candidate must have studied in West Bengal and passed the 12th-class examination.
- The candidates should have passed physics, chemistry, biology, and English individually with a minimum of 50% marks; 40% marks are required for SC/ST/OBC category candidates and 45% for Physically handicapped candidates.
- The age limit is between 17 to 25 years of age.
Admission Procedure for West Bengal NEET Counseling 2024
- The counselling will commence after the declaration of the result, along with ranks secured by the candidates.
- Qualified candidates will be invited for the counselling procedure.
- The candidates need to register for counselling by payment of the registration fee.
- During the counselling procedure, candidates can fill in the choices of colleges to where they are looking for admission.
- The seats will be allotted to the candidates after document verification.
- The seat allotment will be done based on the score obtained by candidates in NEET, choice preferences, and seat availability.
- After the seat allotment process, candidates need to report to the allotted college/university/institution to confirm admission and seats in the college.
- If the candidates fail to confirm their admission, their seats will be transferred to other candidates.
