The UKTech Ph.D. Entrance Exam 2023 Application Form will be available on the official website of Uttarakhand Technical University from April month.

• First of all, applicants need to go on the official webpage of Uttarakhand Technical University.
• Candidates have to click on the link of the Ph.D. entrance examination available on the webpage.
• The applicants have to read the instructions carefully to fill the application form with all the correct and complete details. 
• Candidates need to upload their scanned photograph and signature along with the required documents.
• They have to submit the application form and make the payment of application fee through demand draft in favor of Finance Controller, Uttarakhand Technical University, and Dehradun.

UKTech Ph.D. Entrance Exam 2023 Admit Card 

After submitting the Application form of the UKTech Ph.D. Entrance Exam successfully, the Admit Card will issue to the candidates on the official website of Uttarakhand Technical University.

It is necessary for the candidates to take the print out of Admit Card for future use. Candidates will not be allowed to enter the examination hall without Admit Card. The admit card will provide to the candidates using their registration number. 

UKTech Ph.D. Entrance Exam 2023 Result 

The UKTech Ph.D. Entrance Exam 2023 Result will declare on the official Website of Uttarakhand Technical University and those applicants have given this examination, they can check their results through online mode by visiting on the official website.

The merit list will be prepared through authority within one month from the examination. Candidates can check and download the result for future use. 

UKTech Ph.D. Entrance Exam 2023 Counseling 

The Centralized Counseling will be conducted through Research Board appointed by the university to provide admission to the candidates in the Ph.D courses. Candidates should have to discuss their research interest/area at the time of the interview session.

On the basis of the candidate’s performance in the interview and availability of the Guide in the Research Interest Area of the Scholar, the admission of the candidates will be final in Ph.D. Degree. 

Those applicants are selected, they should have to pay Rs. 1000/- as counseling fee as Demand Draft in favor of Finance Controller, UTU payable at Dehradun. Candidates must have to carry these required documents at the counseling center for verification.
