HPTU MCA 2024 Application Form Last Date has been Extended till 25th April 2024. The official notification has been released by the authority of Himachal Pradesh Technical University on the online official website at http://himtu.ac.in.

Through Himachal Pradesh, Common Entrance Test candidates can get admission in Post Graduate Programs into Master of Computer Applications (MCA) of three years of duration.

• For admission into MCA, applicants will have to register themselves first in Himachal Pradesh Common Entrance Test 2024.
• The HPCET 2024 application form can be filled till due date through online mode.
• University will release the admission Application form for admission on the official website at HPTU http://himtu.ac.in.
• In HPTU MCA 2024 Application form fill up details properly and accurately.
• Affix the latest photograph and signature of candidates in the prescribed JPEG/JPG format.

Application fees

·      The prescribed amount needs to be paid through using Net banking, or Debit/Credit cards i.e. Visa Debit Cards, MasterCard Debit Cards, and Other Maestro Card. 

The application fee is Rs. 1550 for general category candidates and for reserved category is Rs.1400.

HPTU MCA 2024 Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must check the following details regarding HPTU MCA 2024 Eligibility Criteria for admission: 

• Nationality: Indian Nationals can apply for admission.
• Qualification: Candidates will need to hold the degree of Bachelor’s which should be at least three years from a recognized institute. Applier has to pass with mandatory Mathematics subjects at the levels of 10+2 or at the Graduate level.
• Percentage: candidates have to pass with a secure minimum of 50% marks (for SC/ST category- 45% marks) in the qualification examination.
• Age criteria: no age is mentioned to apply for admission.
• The admission will be provided on the basis of merit (valid score of HPCET) and the remaining vacant seat will be filled through merit (Bachelor Degree of 3 years with Mathematics at 10+2 or Graduate level).

·     The HPCET 2024 Application Form has been started on 18th March 2024. Before applying the applicant must check the required eligibility criteria laid by the authority Himachal Pradesh Technical University.

The candidates are required to go through the information brochure to complete the admission procedure. Fill in the details in the form such as applier full name, Father /Mother’s name, Academic Details, Address Details, Gender, Birth of Date, and valid Email ID, etc.

·         Provide the document: Marks sheet/Transcript of 10th class and 12th class/Pre-University, Proof of age, and Marks sheet/Transcript of Bachelor’s degree, etc. Make ensure the payment is done successfully because without payment of application fees register will be not done.
