Application Fees of INR 1200 for Your Open/OBC and INR 600 for SC/ST is payable online through SBI Collect.

National Institute of Technology (NIT), Hamirpur communicates several courses in the different disciplines of Architecture, Chemical, Chemistry, Civil Engineering, and many more. The institute offers a semester course system i.e. an odd semester and an even semester.

Students can easily reach the result from the institute website. The result is available through online mode only. The admission of the students in some of the courses will be made on the basis of JEE Main while in the other courses admission is done according to the entrance test.

NIT Hamirpur 2025 Admissions Process

NIT Hamirpur is offering B.Tech in seven specializations, B.Arch program & B. Tech + M.Tech Dual degree in two specialties. Minimum eligibility for The B.Tech, B.Arch, and Dual degree is candidate should have passed 10+2 examination with 75% marks or top 20 percentile in the 10+2 examination conducted by the relevant board.

Selection to B.Tech and dual degree is done on the basis of JEE Main is tracked byJoSAA counseling. For B. Arch, candidates are selected on the basis of NATA score followed up with CoA counseling.

Minimum eligibility for M.Tech is candidate must have gone through the B.Tech/ BE in relevant specialization from a recognized university. For M.Arch, the candidate must have gone through Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture in appropriate discipline or a Master’s Degree in the appropriate discipline along with CGPA 6.5 on a 10 point scale or equivalent or 60% marks in the qualifying degree.

The minimum eligibility to receive MBA is a candidate must have gone through the bachelor’s degree for at least three years duration with at least 50% marks. For M.Sc., applicants should pass in a Bachelor’s degree in the appropriate discipline with a minimum of 55% marks or 5.5 out of 10 CGPA.

For MBA, Candidates are chosen on the basis of marks scored in CMAT followed by a Group Discussion and Personal Interview. Selection to M.Sc. is done on the basis of IIT JAM that is tracked by CCMN counseling.
