MP PPT 2024 Institute-Level Counselling has been Started on 5th September 2024. Online Counselling Registration has been Started on 13th June 2024. 3rd Round Allotment has been Released on 24th August 2024. The MP PPT is widely popular as Madhya Pradesh Pre Professional Test, which has been brought to the students pursuing admission in varied Diploma Courses.

The exam is a great source of information while going through the test. The Madhya Pradesh Professional Examination Board, also called MPPEB, organizes the exam in Madhya  Pradesh.

Going through this Polytechnic Exam, applicants can apply for a Diploma.

MP PPT 2024 Counseling

The MP PPT 2024 Online Counseling has been started on 12th June 2024. The students can participate in the counselling based on the marks and rank they will achieve in the exam.

The exam official will organise the MP PPT Counseling 2024 sessions in June 2024. The applicants belonging to MP will be reserving 95% of the seats, and those not from MP will get 5% of the seats.

Making a merit list per scores obtained in the exam is necessary. The applicants will be applying for counselling according to the marks and the medium through which the counselling is set to be done is online.

MP PPT 2024 Counseling Process

Registration

Those wishing to take part in the counselling process, students will be required to apply for it. Those who have applied for the first session of counselling, will not need to apply for the second counselling session. The registration is done only once.

Choice Filling

The students about to take admission must provide the name of the college they want to attend.

They will be given 25 colleges’ names, out of which is required to be chosen by the college as per choice. Students have to provide various college names while choice filling.

The students needed to make the payment for participating in the counselling through online or kiosk sites.

Seat Allotment

The distribution of seats will be according to the documents provided by the students when you apply for it. The students will get the seat based on their rank and preferred colleges.

Verification of the Documents

The students having seats need to apply for admission to the college, where the documents they have provided will be checked and then proceed with the admission procedures.

Upgradation

Those who want to make their choices have to visit the official site. They will be provided with a new seat distribution letter.

Registration and Option Filling

The aspirants will be required to complete the form for participating in the counselling by entering the details, and once they have registered, they will not be required to follow the same procedure. They need to enter the college and course names as per choice.

After completing the registration process, you will need to make the payment. The students about to take part in the counselling will have to fill up the admission form as per specifications. Those filling out the form will not be eligible to participate in the counselling.

Seat Distribution

The aspirin will have to appear for seat distribution which is held as per the details given by the student at the time of registration. Seats will be allotted as per the rank & choices filled by students.

Those with a seat will receive the allotment letter on the site. Using the distribution letter, you will have required to present at the distributed college with valid documents.

Verification and Reporting at the college 

Aspirants will need to report at the concerned centre, and after getting the seat, they will have to report at aggregated college in a prescribed time.

Those unable to reach the college as per the scheduled date will be dismissed from the next round, and those who want to modify the filled choice can put up their choice on the website, and they will get a new seat letter by the web page.

It is required by students to provide the necessary credentials and college fees to be assured of admission.  Those not carrying any seats are suggested for modification rounds.
