REAP 2024 7th Round Seat Allotment for (Rajasthan State Candidates Only) has been Released on 23rd August 2024. 5th Round Seat Allotment for OR/KM/PH/EX-Service Upward College has been Released on 12th August 2024. Seat Allotment for Special Categories (Out of Rajasthan, Ex-Serviceman, PWD, KM candidates) was Released on 7th August 2024. TFWS Final Round Allotment has been Released on 6th August 2024. 2nd Round Seat Allotment for TFWS Candidates has been Released on 1st August 2024. Online Counselling Registration has been started on 27th June 2024. REAP is termed the Rajasthan Engineering Admission Process, which is conducted under the requisition of Rajasthan Technical University in Kota.
The exam is conducted for various students, mainly focusing on engineering. The students who will enrol in courses in these fields must have an education certificate of 12th standard, or admission is provided based on JEE Marks. The candidates seeking admission to Rajasthan Unive must have to participate in counselling.
There will be separate registration and choice filling, candidates can get registered based on JEE Main score or class 12th percentage, but the former will be given preference. The seat allotment will be based on the combined merit list, options entered by the candidate, and the availability of seats.

REAP Counseling 2024
Once there is a declaration of the REAP Exam result in September 2024, counselling procedures will be the note-worthy point. You can participate in the Counseling considered marks as per the marks the seat is distributed to the students in the college of their choice.
Soon after the result is made known to the students, they get mail mentioning the information, such as the student’s rank, the seat provided, and the Date and day of the counselling round.
Once each provided credential is authenticated, the students have distributed the seats. The exam official organizes the counselling process and the applicants who have been admitted to B .E/B.Tech streams offered by the university in Rajasthan to apply for Counseling.
It is mandatory to be available at the time of Counseling with the necessary documents.
- Each piece of information regarding Counseling is presented through email.
- If the student cannot present while Counseling, then exam officials don’t permit them to go for the other counselling process.
- For the credentials to be authenticated, it is essential to carry valid Xerox copies. The Xerox needs to be verified by the exam authority before bringing it who counselling.
- The seat distribution is done through the computer, which provides the seat as per merit, and the students are needed to distribute the seats and fill in the name e of the college as per choice.
- REAP seat distribution willing to be held according to the merit and choices preferred by the students.
- There will not be seat distribution letters to be posted to the students. Instead, they are required to keep a printed copy of the seat distribution.
REAP Seat Allotment Procedure

| First Round | Seats will be allotted to candidates based on their JEE Main 2024 score. |
| Second Round | If a candidate is allotted a seat of higher preference, that particular seat will fall vacant and be allocated to subsequent candidates. Fresh choice filling will not be permitted. Registered candidates will not have the option to change or resubmit their choices. |
| Third Round | Candidates who have a JEE Main score and were not allotted seats due to exhaustion of their choice will be allowed to participate in this round. Candidates who are registered and do not have JEE Main canon to change their choice. New candidates who meet the requisite eligibility criteria will be allowed to register after paying the application form fee and filling in new choices. Reported candidates in the first and second rounds will not be allowed to participate again in counselling. Those candidates who were allotted seats but did not report at the allotted institutes in the first and second rounds will not be allowed to participate in the third round of Counseling. They will have to register as a new candidate. |
| Fourth Round | Candidates will be allotted seats due to upward movement. They will be awarded seats according to the program choice they had f, Now, the seat has fallen vacant as the candidates to whom allotted initially opted did not report to the allotted institute. |
| Fifth Round | Candidates who had registered earlier and had not paid the advance will have the option to participate in the spot round by paying Rs 10,000 and will have to fill the choice. Candidates who had earlier registered and been admitted at the allotted institute can join the spot round after withdrawing their admission and paying a fee of Rs 10,000. These candidates will have the option to change their choice. Candidates who had initially applied and were not allotted seats due to exhaustion of choice can participate in the spot round without paying any fee and modifying the program choice. Candidates who had participated in the main round of Counseling but did not join the allotted institute can participate in the spot round by paying the fee of Rs10, 000. such candidates can modify their choice Candidates who had not applied earlier can register by paying non-refundable fees of Rs 700 and advance fees of Rs 10,000. They can fill the choice of their program online.b |
