Assam CEE 2024 Counselling (Started), Allotment – Check Schedule & Procedure Here

Assam CEE 2024 5th Round Seat allotment has been released on 2nd September 2024. Online Registration Last Date has been Extended till 17th July 2024. Assam Combined Entrance Examination will be brought to the students looking forward to taking up courses in engineering, including B.E.

Various government and private institutes are offering engineering courses. The information regarding the Counseling of Assam CEE 2024 is not finalized. Still, it is considered that the details regarding the Counseling will be known after the announcement of the notification.

Assam CEE 2024 Counselling has been started through online mode. Students must have a passport-size photo with a photocopy attached to it. The fee structure of the exam varies from university to university to the student by Assam CEE. The candidate unavailable on the day of Counseling will be dismissed, and there will be no vacancy in the upcoming Counselling stage.

Assam CEE 2024 Counselling has been started from 6th July – 17th July 2024. Those students of Assam CEE 2024 can become capable of applying for counselling. The counselling will be done through the offline medium in 2024. Those who have the expected cutoffs and come up with every requirement of eligibility to appear in the exam will be given seats in the college.

Assam CEE Cut Off 2024 will be declared after the Result announcement. It will be decided by Assam Science & Technology University (ASTU).

Assam CEE Counselling Procedure 2024

• The Assam CEE 2024 Counseling has been started on 6th July 2024 for admission.
• The Counseling, as per the merit list for the subsequent phases, shall be notified in case seats remain vacant.
• The counselling process involves document verification, choices of branches & colleges, and allotment with payment of counselling fee only.
• The admission fee is to be paid in the college to which the seat is allocated.
• The candidate must report in person on the date as per the CEE 2024 Counseling schedule.
• After completing the seat allocation process, a confirmed seat allotment letter will be issued.
• If a candidate fails to attend the Counseling as scheduled, their candidature will not be considered on the next day or any subsequent Counseling under any circumstances.
• All candidates will have to pay Rs. 600 only (Non-refundable) as a counselling fee at the time of Counseling.
• A candidate must report to the allotted college for admission with the CEE-2024 Counseling seat allotment letter and complete the required formalities within the specified date.

Credentials Required for Assam CEE Counselling 2024

• Assam CEE 2024 Admit card
• Proof of Identity
• Original Date of Birth Certificate
• Original School Leaving Certificate
• Mark sheet of the qualifying examination
• Passing certificate of the qualifying examination
• Character certificate forms the school last attended.
• Counselling forms are present in the information brochure (Annexure G)

The Process of Counseling

• Students are to load Form B to the official site and give it during counselling.
• Those students having the name on the merit list can give Form B on the day of Counseling, and it needs to be given to the Chairman and Authority while going for Counseling. Those going for Dibrugarh University Counselling Process to take admission in the 4-year B.Tech.
• Students are to be called for being available for Counseling organized by scores gained in the Assam CEE entrance examination 2024. Students must reach the place of Counseling carrying Form B and other documents.
• Each student’s submitted document must be adequately checked during Counselling.
• When all the documents prove correct, students are given seats.
• After the seat distribution, the most crucial task for the students is to check the admission procedures in the distributed colleges.

Assam CEE 2024 Counseling Seat Allotment

• Students will be selected for the Counseling and seat distribution procedures when they become eligible for the exam.
• When the credentials prove valid, the students can distribute the seats by rank given in the merit list.
• Seat distribution will happen as per the performance of the students. The distributed students must go to college and go through various admission procedures.
• But if the students must ensure that all procedures have been completed, otherwise finding any discrepancies, you are not to give the seat.
