TANCET MCA 2024 Result has been Declared on 28th March 2024. Answer Key has been Released on 13th March 2024. Online Registration Last Date has been Extended till 12th February 2024. The TANCET (Tamil Nadu Common Entrance Test) is a popular test organized through Anna University to provide admission to applicants in post-graduation programs like M.Tech, MCA, MCA, and M.Arch in various colleges/ institutes of Tamil Nadu.

The Examination was held on 9th March 2024. Those candidates who are interested and eligible to get admission to these programs; can apply for the TANCET examination by filling out the application form. TANCET MCA 2024 Application Form

In January, the TANCET MCA 2024 Application was released on 10th January 2024. The applicants can fill out the application form for the TANCET MCA 2024 program if they are interested and eligible to get admission. Applicants must have to follow the application form-filling procedure mentioned below.

• First, applicants need to go on the official webpage of Anna University, TANCET.
• The applicants must click on the registration link and enter their required details, such as name, email ID, phone number, and date of birth in the required field.
• After submitting these required details, the candidates will be provided with the login ID and password to complete the application form.
• The applicants have to upload their required scanned documents in the application form and make the payment of the application fee. 
• After making payment, candidates can submit the application form and take the printout of the PDF for further use.

Application Fee

Candidates have to pay 600/- (300/- for SC / SCA / ST candidates) towards the entrance test fee and it can be filled out online mode only.

TANCET MCA Eligibility Criteria

Eligibility criteria are essential and should be checked by the candidates before filling out the application form. The applicants must be qualified for a bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 3 years duration in BCA, B.Sc. (Computer Science / Information Technology) with Mathematics in 10 + 2 or at the graduate level. They should attain a minimum of 50% and 45% for the reserved category in the qualifying degree examination.

• 10 + 2 + 3/4 years’ pattern of studies
• 10 + 3 years diploma + 3 years’ pattern of studies
• 10 + 2 + AMIE* OR 10 + 3 years diploma (awarded by the state board of technical education) + AIME*

Those applicants who have scored qualified marks in this examination; will be called out for the counselling session. 

TANCET MCA 2024 Counseling 

The counselling procedure will be conducted through Anna University. Those candidates have been shortlisted in the merit list per their marks scored in the examination; they will be called out for the counselling session.

Applicants with qualified marks in the TANCET score will also be called out for the counselling session. At the time of the counselling session, the seat will be allotted to the candidates in the colleges of Anna University.
