RIMT University manages admission to its various courses online or offline as the candidate wants.

• RIMT University 2024 Application Form has been released on 12th February 2024 for Various Courses.
• The candidate may fill out the online registration/inquiry form and click SAVE for online applications.
• The candidate will be offered a singular Ticket ID which must be preserved for future reference.
• The candidate can now move to pay the registration fee through PayUsluice.
• For offline application, applicants must visit the University campus and gather Application Form and prospectus in person by paying the prescribed application fee.
• Candidates can also request the application form and prospectus through the mail by transmitting a demand draft of the application fee by using a registered post/ courier.
• Upon receiving the application form, the candidate should fill in all the required detailed information and not leave any blank columns.
• The candidate must sign an Application Form before referring it to the institute.
• Where the applicant opts for more than one course, separate forms must be filled out.
• Copies of all the stipulated documents must accompany the completed Application Form.

Candidates can download their scorecard simply by inserting their application number and roll no. It is mandatory to carry a valid image ID proof and the scorecard, which is also a document to know about your scores, performance, etc.

Maintaining the scorecard safe until the admission process is concluded is prudent. To download your scorecard, candidates must visit the official site. They must click the link to the scorecard and sign in by entering there were properly asking details.

After verification of the detail mentioned, they must download and save it. The scorecard will be necessary during counselling; it makes sense to keep it safe.

RIMT University 2024 Admission Procedure

Candidates have to fill out and sign an Admission Form in their handwriting. The father or guardian must adequately authenticate the application form. Admission to the PhD course in different disciplines will be by UGC guidelines.

The number of seats for every discipline/ school will be notified before the entrance exam. Candidates that apply under the Physically Handicapped/ Disabled quota must possess at least 40% disability to be qualified to apply under the respective quota.

Choice of candidates at B.Tech, BCA & MCA is performed through LEET counselling, whereas for M.Tech, GATE entrance exam scores are considered. Admission to B.Archwill is made based on NATA/ JEE Main scores. Admission to M.Phil. and PhD courses will be carried out based on the Entrance Test conducted by the University.

Required Documents

Photocopies of the following documents must be connected with the application form and originals produced at the time of counselling:

• Self-attested Xerox copy of Matriculation or equivalent examination certificate bearing date of birth
• Self-attested Xerox copy of Marks Card of the qualifying examination or evidence of having appeared in the qualifying examination
• Character certificate issued by the Principal of the school/college last attended
• Four recent passport-size self-attested photographs
• Domicile / Reserved Category certificate, as applicable
• Candidates with a gap period of one year or more must submit an affidavit stating that they were not involved in any criminal activity during the gap period
• Persons with Disability Certificates issued by the Chief Medical Officer of the concerned district
• Self-attested Photostat copy of the CET rank letter and scorecard, as applicable
