The ICAR AIEEA 2024 Counseling & Choice Filling has been Started on 19th August 2024. The Board of Directors will be notified of the online consultation calendar on the website. The schedule of online consultations is published on the board’s website.

ICAR AIEEA 2024 Results have been Declared on 29th July 2024. Candidates eligible for the entrance examination will be called on for advice. Applicants must download the appeal letter to attend counselling.

Seats in various agricultural colleges will be awarded by the option chosen by the qualified candidate and the available seats.

ICAR AIEEA 2024 Admission

The Result of ICAR AIEEA 2024 has been declared on 29th July 2024. After the declaration of the result, the consultation process will be carried out online. There is no other way to conduct counselling.

It will only take place through the online mode. All news related to the advice will be posted on the website. Therefore, candidates are instructed to keep in touch with the website daily after the outcome statement.

Admissions will be based on the candidate’s rank on the merit list. You must participate in online counselling to gain admission to colleges/agriculture institutions.

Instructions for ICAR AIEEA 2024 Counseling

• The candidates are strictly instructed to attend online counselling after qualifying for the entrance examination.
• The admission will be offered only by an entrance examination and counselling session.
• The council will prepare a separate category-wise merit list for online counselling.
• Candidates are advised to retain the three identical colour passport size photographs with name and date the same as when filing an application form for admission procedure.
• Candidates can only get admission during the session for which the examination will be conducted. Candidates cannot get admission in the subsequent session.
• At the time of admission to a particular college, if the certificate produced by the candidate is found to be false, then the candidate’s admission will be cancelled.

Documents Required for Counselling

List of original documents with self-attested photocopies and photographs to be produced at the time of counselling/admission:

• All certificates, mark sheets/grade reports are related initially to Class X and XII.
• Transfer Certificate/School Leaving Certificate, Character Certificate from the School last attended.
• In the case of candidates from SC, ST, and non-creamy layer of OBC categories, the Original Certificate is as per Central Govt. requirements and issued by the Competent Authority.
• Medical Certificate in Physically Challenged (PC) candidates issued by the Medical Officer of any Government Hospital with the description of the kind and the degree of disability.
• If the Date of Birth is not mentioned in the Class X Certificate, the Date of Birth (DOB) Certificate.
• E- Admit Card, hard copy of Online Application Form, Counseling Letter & Provisional Allotment letter issued by the ICAR to qualified candidates related to admission.
• Three recent and clear passport-size colour photographs with name and date the same as uploaded on the Application Form.
• Domicile certificate.
• Aadhaar Card or 28 digits Aadhaar Enrolment ID proof, passport, ration card, bank passbook, or any other valid Govt. Identity proof.

Selection and Admission Procedure for ICAR AIEEA 2024

After the result declaration, the counselling process will be conducted online by ICAR. There will be no other mode of conducting the counselling.  All the information will be provided on the website. The admissions will be given based on the rank obtained by the candidates on the merit list.

Counselling Procedure for ICAR AIEEA 2024

• Candidates must score the minimum marks to clear the entrance exam.
• 50% marks are required for General & UPS categories, and 40% for SC/ST/PC category candidates.

Registration: 

• Candidates who will qualify for the entrance exam can apply for the counselling procedure; they have to register on the official website.
• The candidates must pay the counselling fee online via credit/debit card/ Net banking.
• Only registered candidates will be able to log into the counselling page.

Choice Filling and Seat Allotment

• Now, candidates have to fill in the choice of courses and colleges.
• The choices must be saved & locked by the candidates.
• The seat will be allotted based on choices filled by the candidates.
• After the seat allotment process, a provisional allotment letter will be sent to the official website.
• Candidates have to report to the allotted college.

Submitting the documents

Candidates reporting to the college must produce the following documents in original and copies.

• All certificates, mark sheets/grade reports are related initially to Classes 10 and 12.
• Transfer Certificate/ School Leaving Certificate, Character Certificate from the School last attended.
• Original Caste Certificate issued by a competent authority,
• Medical Certificate in case of Physically Challenged (PC) candidates issued by Medical Officer of any Government Hospital.
• Birth certificate/ Class 10-mark sheet
• e- Admit Card, a hard copy of the Online Application Form, and a letter issued by the ICAR to qualified candidates related to admission.
• Domicile Certificate
• Three recent passport-size colour photographs with name and date the same as the one uploaded on the online Application Form.
• Aadhaar Card or 28-digit Aadhaar Enrolment ID copy. In the case of candidates from J&K, Assam & Meghalaya, a copy of passport /ration card /bank passbook or any other valid Govt. The identity card is applicable.

Admission to the Allotted College 

The candidates must present in person at the allotted college to confirm admission and seats. 

After the document verification, candidates will get the final admission letter. Candidates must pay the fees and get admission to the college.
