WBJEE PUMDET 2024 2nd Round Seat Allotment has been Released on 9th September 2024. Rank Card has been Available on 13th August 2024. The Examination was held on 7th July 2024. The PUMDET (Presidency University Master Degree Entrance Test) is the university-level entrance examination conducted through the West Bengal Joint Entrance Examinations Board (WBJEEB) on behalf of the Presidency University, Kolkata.

This test is conducted to offer admission to the applicants in 2-year M.A. and M.Sc programs in Presidency University, Kolkata, in Open Quota (Non–PU Quota) seats.

WBJEE PUMDET Application Form 2024

Those applicants wishing to complete their 2-year M.A. and M.Sc programs in Presidency University, Kolkata, in Open Quota (Non–PU Quota) seats can fill out the application form online. The application form-filling procedure is specified below for the candidates, and they have to follow it.

• First of all, applicants need to go on the official webpage of the West Bengal Joint Entrance Examinations Board (WBJEEB) or Presidency University.
• Under the notifications, the registration link will be given; applicants must click on it and submit the registration details.
• The registration details, applicants can fill out the application form with all the necessary details.
• After filling in the required details, applicants have to upload their scanned required documents such as thumb impression, signature and photograph, and other applicable documents.
• Candidates must pay the application fee online, submit the application form, and take a printout for future use.

The PUMDET Application Fee is Rs.500/– and the candidates can pay online using Net Banking/ Debit Card/ Credit Card or Bank Challan.

WBJEE PUMDET 2024 Eligibility Criteria

Those applicants who will apply for the PUMDET examination must check their eligibility criteria before filling out the application form. The eligibility criteria details are

• Candidates should be qualified in 10th/ Matriculation along with ITI Course from a recognized board/Institution with passing marks.
• They must belong to Indian Citizenship.
• There is no upper or lower age limit for the Examination.
• They must have passed or appeared in B.A. (Hons.)/B.Sc (Hons.) examination with qualifying marks.

For better preparation for the Examination, applicants must prefer the exam pattern, and it will be helpful for them to know about the structure of the question paper.

• Mode of Paper – Offline.
• Type of Questions – Multiple Choice Questions.
• Marking Scheme – +1 for every correct answer and ( -½ ) for every incorrect answer.
• Duration of Exam – 90 minutes (2 hours).
• Language of Paper – English, Bengali, and Hindi.
• Total Marks of Exam – 100.

The WBJEE PUMDET Admit Card has been issued to the applicants on 25th June 2024, and those candidates successfully submitted their application form.

They can download the admit card, which is the mandatory document that all candidates should carry at the examination centre. Applicants can download the admit card by submitting the password and date of birth in the required field.

WBJEE PUMDET Result 2024 

The WBJEE PUMDET Result has been declared on the website, and those applicants who have taken the Examination can check and download the result by submitting the application number and password in the required field.

The applicants must be updated by checking the official website after the Examination. Applicants with qualified marks in the Examination will call out for the counselling session.

WBJEE PUMDET Counseling 2024

The West Bengal Joint Entrance Examinations Board will conduct the counselling session to provide admission to the applicants in the master’s program at Presidency University.

After the result declaration of PUMDET, the counselling session will be conducted, and qualified candidates in this Examination will call out for the counselling session.
