AP PolyCET 2024 2nd Round/Final Phase Counselling has been Started on 11th July 2024. Processing Fee Payment Counselling has been Started on 24th May 2024. This Examination is organized for candidates who are interested in the field of engineering/ non-engineering diploma courses. Candidates must crack the entrance exam for admission to the different diploma courses.

By the entrance examination, candidates will get admission to various courses in diploma. AP Polytechnic counselling is started after the entrance exam and registration.

Every year, this examination is held by the Institute of Diploma. They call the candidates to get admission in diploma courses/ technical/engineering/non-engineering courses. After the declaration of the results, the AP Polytechnic counselling will be notified in all leading newspapers.

AP Polytechnic 2024 Counseling

The counselling process There are three rounds of process conducted by Andhra Pradesh.

• Many candidates who have appeared for the entrance exam are waiting for the counselling process, which is to be conducted step by step; it will be completed in three rounds of the counselling process.
• The rank list organizes the AP Polytechnic process. Therefore, it is necessary to download the rank list.
• Those candidates on the rank list will be eligible for the counselling process.
• The counselling process will start offline mode. Candidates eligible for counselling must be present at the counselling venue.
• Before the counselling process, candidates must pay the counselling fee mentioned in the current year application form.
• In counselling, all candidates present at the venue must choose the stream and the college.
• The counselling process must require some document, which the counsellor verifies.

AP Counseling Process:

All AP Polytechnic Exam-qualified candidates are eligible for the counselling process.

• Candidates who want to attend the Counselling process should check the Rank Wise Counselling Dates, which will be displayed on the Official website polyacetal. Nic. 
• Candidates can check the counselling Date and the Center/ Venue based on the candidate’s Rank.
• Candidates can Visit the AP Polytechnic Counselling 2024 Center on their Rank date.
• When the officials call applicant Rank, candidates should Submit the Counselling Application & Original certificates, which are required.
• Candidates have to pay the counselling fee before the counselling process.
• The fee receipt has to be maintained by the candidates. Therefore the applicant must preserve the counselling fee receipt.
• The candidate who does not get the seat in 1^st counselling can attend the 2^nd counselling for the seat in the polytechnic.
• There is no limitation in age criteria in this entrance examination, but candidates must have a minimum 10th-class certificate.

Documents Required for Verification & Admission

Candidates must carry the following documents for the certificate verification & admission process with all original certificates and two sets of Xerox copies. The documents are given below:

• SSC or its equivalent Mark sheet (Original or Internet copy)
• Aadhaar Card (will be returned after verification)
• IV to X Study Certificate or Residence Certificate (If the candidates don’t have standardized education) or Residence Certificate of either of parents in AP for ten years in case of non-local candidates.
• Income Certificate (Issued on or after 1^st January 2014) or white ration card (for claiming tuition fee reimbursement).
• Caste Certificate (Issued by the competent authority in case of reserved category)
• PH/CAP/NCC/Sport/Minority/Anglo-India Certificate (If applicable).
