NUALS Admission 2026 Application Form will be Released Soon through CLAT 2026. Candidates who are interested to apply can get NUALS 2026 application through online mode on the official portal. After filling NUALS 2026 application must keep printed copies of it and fees slip for further needs.

• Authority of the National University of Advanced Legal Studies Application Form 2026 is available on the official website.
• Applicants need to keep printed copies of the application form, fee payment Challan, migration certificate, TC, acknowledgment slip and all other documents.
• For different courses, NUALS 2026 Application forms will be provided by the university.
• From the Month of May 2026, NUALS Application forms will be provided on the official.
• Candidates can appear for the exam who has duly filled the application form for the exam and paid the fee for it as per the schedule shared by CLAT authorities.

NUALS 2026 Eligibility Criteria 

In order to get into the degree, diploma and certificate programs in law stream candidates have to meet the complete NUALS 2026 Eligibility criteria. Candidates who are applying required to meet the eligibility criteria of NUALS 2026 to participate in further activities.

For being eligible for this course a candidate needs to fulfill the following criteria:

• The candidate has to pass (10+2) or an equivalent examination with at least 45 % marks. There is an Exemption of 5% and 3% marks for candidates belonging to SC/ST and socially and educationally backward respectively.
• The candidate shall not have completed 20 years of age as on 10th July. However, candidates belonging to SC/ST, Other Backward Classes and Specially Abled Persons shall not have completed 22 years of age as on July 01 of the admission year.

Note: Students appearing for the qualifying examination are allowed to appear for CLAT provided they should submit the results of the qualifying examination at the time of admission or else they will be considered ineligible.

NUALS 2026 Application Process

The candidates can get admission in National University of Advanced Legal Studies on the basis of eligibility criteria. To get registered candidates needs to follow the steps provided below to fill the NUALS Admission 2026 application form. The selection of candidates for L.L.M and B.A-L.L.B courses at NUALS is done through CLAT. For applying for CLAT a candidate needs to follow the following steps:

• Candidates have to register themselves through CAPS (CLAT Online Application Processing System) available at the official website of CLAT.
• On successful registration, the applicants will receive their CAPS User ID and Password via their registered E-mail address and Mobile number.
• Next, the candidate has to log-in with their User ID and password, and fill the online application form along with uploading their signature, birth certificate scanned photograph and category certificate
• Candidates then have to go to the payment section and pay the application fee either online or through the draft. Candidate can also generate a Bank Challan, take its printout and submit the fee through it, in cash, at any ICICI branch.

Application Fee: The application fee is INR 4000/- (unreserved/ OBC/ SAP category candidates) and INR 3500/- (SC/ST category candidates) through net banking, debit card/credit card.

For International candidates: NRI/ foreign nationals/ NRI sponsored category candidates can register themselves by downloading the application form. The application upon completion along with the fee and necessary enclosures has to be submitted, in person or by post to the following address:
