Reservation Requirement

As per the legal requirement, 15% of the seats is reserved for scheduled caste (SC) and 7.5% for scheduled tribe (ST) candidates. 27% of the seat is reserved for other backward-class candidates belonging to the “non–creamy” layers (NC-OBC).

As per the provision of section 39 of the PWD Act, 1995, 3% of seats reserved for a person with a disability:-
